Welcome to GW! We're excited to have you here. At the beginning of each semester, GW SEAS hosts several events for you to learn more about the school, your resources, and meet your classmates.

MS/Certificate New Student Orientations:

For Fall 2022, we are holding two virtual orientations and one in-person orientation for new Fall 2022 MS and Certificate students. Registration for the virtual orientations is not mandatory but registration for the in-person one is due to limits on the number of attendees. Please note that the same information will be shared in the virtual and in-person orientations and new students should plan on attending only 1 of the 3 orientations. The location will be sent out for the virtual orientations closer to the event dates and for the in-person orientation for those that register.

PhD New Student Orientation:

For Fall 2022, we are holding one in-person orientation for new Fall 2022 PhD students. You will receive an Evite to provide you with additional information and to register for the event. This event is mandatory for all new SEAS PhD students.
