From November 10 to 14, the School of Engineering and Applied Science is teaming up with the engineering schools of New York University and Tufts University to recruit graduate students in Seattle, Chicago, and Los Angeles.
Called the Engineering Excellence in the Northeast consortium, the tour will make stops in each of the three cities to host small recruiting fairs and networking sessions to interact with prospective students on a more intimate level. As the inaugural tour of this consortium, the event will serve as a test drive for future partnerships. The event in Seattle will coincide with the Annual Biomedical Research Conference for Minority Students (ABCRMS).
